HANGING & FRAMING ADVICE

Although every piece of original artwork has been varnished for protection, always handle each original piece with clean, dry hands, to avoid fingerprints as oils from fingertips can easily transfer to the canvas.

 

Most pieces of each original artwork will either be fitted with the appropriate number of sawtooth hangers or supplied with them. However, should you wish to add your own hardware to hang, only use hangings appropriate to the weight of the artwork. If in doubt seek advice from a professional framer or seek professional installation. 

 

Always avoid direct sunlight when hanging your precious pieces of original artwork to prevent fading or discolouration. Varnishing will only protect the art piece so much.  

 

Most of our original artwork canvases do come with frames, but some do not.  For those not framed, if you'd prefer to have it framed, for the absolute best results we'd recommend heading to your local expert framers as they are the professionals when it comes to framing and can give advice about various frames to suit your personal taste.
